Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original EMRLD packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
